Havadarha.com

Developed havadarha.com, a social networking/bookmarking website about football (soccer) using PHP, MySQL, Javascript, CSS, XML, XSLT, and AJAX(YUI, jQuery) technology. I used core PHP to develop the back-end of this website which consists of several applications, such as, match predictor, betting, profile and commenting systems, sharing links and videos, etc.

I have developed a few websites with powerful content management systems using Django. www.wgnmotion.com, www.kevincswanson.com and my personal website, www.mohtasham.info are the latest ones.

Gaia Interactive - Software Developer Intern August 2008 - December 2008

Developed a tool using PHP and Javascript(YUI) for performing administrative tasks on a web application. Worked on sponsorship projects by developing small web applications based on circuit framework.

San Jose State University - Technical Student Assistance at department of Foreign Languages.

Developed a web based intelligent printing and billing application, based on CUPS(Common Unix Printing Systems) using PHP and MySql. A printer, connected to a Linux(Debian) machine, automated handling of printing jobs in the lab, by taking the necessary actions when receiving print jobs from windows machines.
Developed multiple small scripts on Python for performing automated tasks such as converting movies and inserting them to the database, creating weekly backups of database, etc.

Druzhba Setti (Moscow, Russia) - Web Developer - 2004-2006

Druzhba Setti is an application development company, specialized in developing Intranet web applications for medium-sized companies. I worked as a PHP web developer in internationalization team to create the English version of certain applications for overseas customers.
